This is a survey of the views of parents in Haringey with children and young people aged 0 to 25 years who have Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND).
If you have more than one child with SEND, please fill in the survey for each child separately.
The SENDIASS team at Markfield will collate and analyse the results. They will feed back the views of parents & carers to the Haringey Council, and advocate for any changes and improvements that parents collectively want.
The main survey findings will be put on the Markfield SENDIASS website.
