Staff and Trustees
Our team includes staff, volunteers and members. We have an Executive Committee that is responsible for the overall governance of Markfield and its services. Our senior management team is responsible for the organisation of services and is led by the Director. Our services are facilitated by our enthusiastic, skilled and passionate staff and volunteer team.
The Executive Committee is responsible for the overall governance of Markfield and its services. The Committee is comprised of service users, parents and carers, and volunteers with relevant skills and experience, elected by members at the Annual General Meeting. The full committee meets quarterly to oversee how everything is progressing and there are two sub committees; one for personnel matters and one for finance, administration and resources management.

Warren Hoskins
Treasurer
Warren Hoskins has been a trustee and treasurer of Markfield for over twenty years. His professional skills are in accountancy and organisational finance in both the commercial and independent sectors.

Our senior management team is led by the Director. Our Play & Youth Services Manager and Adults Project Manager run our sessions for children, young people and adults. Our Family Support Manager oversees the range of support services for parents/carers and families. Our Operations Manager oversees the support team who deal with the day to day running of the organisation.
Silvia Hurtado
Director
Silvia Hurtado started at Markfield as a volunteer with Open Access in 2011. She subsequently worked in the after school clubs and from 2013 on the Family Team. She lives locally in Tottenham.

Manages and coordinates our family support services.

Janaya Pickett manages the clubs for children and young people.

Keith Fair oversees the support team who deal with the day to day running of the organisation.
Our clubs, drop ins and services are facilitated by experienced session leaders and family support workers.
