Your opinions are needed to help plan the next five years for Markfield!
Markfield exists to support disabled people and their families to play, socialise and get information and support.
To make sure we do this well, we have a Strategic Plan – which says what we will do to promote independence, rights, choice and inclusion for disabled people and their families.
We are just starting to draw up our new plan for the next five years: 2022 to 2026 and we need your ideas and input. So we are asking any stakeholders to complete this questionnaire.
